De 10 beste hvite, rosé og champagne jeg smakte i 2019
Når året lir mot slutt er det dags får å ta et tilbakeblikk i speilet og sette opp sin egen vinliste og her har jeg samlet mine Topp 10 hvitvin, Champagne og Rosévin for 2019. Dette er en liste plukket ut blant alle vinene jeg har testet og drukket gjennom året og skrevet smaksnotat til. Her kommer resten av lisen min:

🏰 The best Puligny Montrachet I have tasted. From the Domaine Alan Chavy who produce lovely fruitdriven, pure and elegant wine from the Grand Cru vineyard Chevalier-Montrachet.
🎨 Towards light lemon yellow.
👃🏼Green apples, vanilla, smokey minerals and some citrus with hints of nuts and a great refined nose. An elegant scented and briljant layered wine.
👄 Still very young and therefore very fresh acidity, lovely texture and structure with a rich palate. A superb nuanced mouthfeel and a long and creamy finish. This wine will need 5-10 yesr before I taste the next bottle.

👍🏼 My third Riesling bottle from this great Grand Cru Domaine Zind Humbrecht in Alsace and the great 2015 vintage. Showing great development in balance between fruit and acidity.
🎨 Pale lemon yellow color.
👃🏼 Very rich nose with ripe red apples, citrus and tropical fruits, honey and minerals.
👄 Complex wine with high vicosity, nuanced and with sweet ripe fruits, with fresh acidity, lively, nuanced and elegant. Well balanced with flinty and minerality notes. Long aftertast.

🏰 This wine is named after the knight Gaspard de Sterimberg, who settled in Hermitage and built the iconic stone chapel that sits atop the hill.
🍇 Amazing Hermitage Blanc, based on 70% Rousanne and 30% Mersanne grape varities.
🎨 Intense golden yellow colour.
👃🏼Evolved scent with aromas of stone fruits, apples, pears, honey, some almonds, honeysuckle and hint of citrus and nuts on the nose.
👄 Complex and partly matured with still a fresh laser-focused acidity, some minerality, quite rich with sophisticated and a vibrating freshness. Nuanced, full-bodied elegant Hermitage with a long and charming finish.

🇿🇦 Happy White Wine Wednesday 🇿🇦
🏰 Alheit Vineyards is one of the really great producers in Stellenbosch Western Cape in South Africa. Grapes in particulare ar coming from this single vineyard close to some Raido towers, high on a hill. And Lazarus, was the man in the Bible Jesus woke up from the death. Same with the vinyard, as this had been down for some years.
🍇 100% Chenin Blanc from dryland bushvine
🎨 Brilliance golden color
👃🏼Typical nose with yellow ripe apples, apricot, citrus, honey, some cinnamon and spices with distinctive and pleasing saline minerals from the hilltop shale soil.
👄 Partly developed wine with a bold and rich mouthfeel and offering a complex palate that are very dence and concentrated. Sweet fruit elements as same from the nose. Tannic and lovely acidity that balance nicely. Soft textural exit with a long aftertaste.

🏰 Vincent Dauvissat is one of the star and mentioned as referance standard in Chablis for many years and it’s just Bernard Raveneau that can make him dethroned with rank in Chablis. Vincent’s 0,50 hektar Premier Cru vineyard Vaillon is known for citrus and lime characterized, slim, acidic and elegant wine.
🎨 Clear, straw yellow color
👃🏼Fragrances of limestone, citrus and green apple with hint of salt sea and minerals on the nose.
👄 Very fresh and pure young, bold and concentrated citrus fruits on the palate. Lovely delicated acidity, vehment and complex exit. Still a bit green and not so sharp and precise as expected. Will need more cellertime.

🏰 Livio Felluga is an Italian estate nestled in Friuli-Venezia Giulia at the northern tip of the the Adriatic Sea. Terre Alte is considered one of Italy's most prestigious white wines. The estate takes its name from its founder, Livio Felluga, who came to the region in the 1930s. Today, it is famous for its blended white wines made from the region's most planted white varieties, including Friulano and Sauvignon Blanc
🍇 50% Friulano (Tai), 30% Pinot Bianco and 20% Sauvignon Blanc
🎨 A bit unclear luminous light yellow green colour
👃🏼Intense bouquet of tropical fruit as yellow peach, pineapple and mango, floral notes of jasmine, acacia blossom with nice hint of vanilla, butter, oak on the nose.
👄 A superbly elegant wine with intense fruit and flower aroma, a full-bodied wine. Pleasant and well integrated acidity, round and velvety with some grassy note coming from Sauvignon Blanc. The aftertaste is florid, long and persistent.

🏰 This is an iconic producer, run by Olivier Collin and Sandra Zaragoza. Located in the village of Congy, in Sézanne just south of the Côte des Blancs.
🎨 Light yellow to greenich color
👃🏼Deep and outstanding fragrance of citrus, flowers and a great touch of mineral and wet stone.
👄 Very fresh and fruity with a great concentration. Tiny small bubbles and a beatutiful mousse. Excellent, lively acidity with a long complex aftertaste.

🥂 Fantastisk flott årgang champagne fra 2008 som blir omtalt som den beste i en levende manns minne. Dette var en champagne som ble sluppet til Champagne og Chablis release på VMP i juni i år. 480 flasker ble rever bort på rekordtid fra spesialbutikkene. Etterpå har det dukket opp noen etterslenger fra importøren og den finnes nå igjen i noen få enkeltflasker hos de samne spesialbutikkene.

🎨 Klar gylden glitrende farge
👃🏼 Duft av eple, sitrus og grapefrukt, brioche, autolyse og toast på nesen
👄 Nydelig gryende utvikling av moden frukt på smak med en spenstig og livlig syre. Fantastisk flott mineralitet, reffinert og en silkeaktig lang avslutning. Lav dosering gir en fantastisk flott balanse.
👍🏼 En vin som bare vil utvikle seg og glede mange ganer i årene som kommer. Jeg fikk noen ekstra flasker som som jeg vil nyte i årene som kommer.

🏰 Frédéric Savart’s estate spreads on 4 hectares and is located on the lands of Ecueil, Premier Cru from the Montagne de Reims. Frédéric Savart is passionate about vinification of Champagne wine. He say he is just accompaniment to the work done by the vines, that he does like a jeweller.
🕰 Part of the wines was matured in oak barrels to nurture its complexity.
🍇 Grape variety: 82% Pinot Noir and 18% Chardonnay.
🎨 The colour is like light pink salmon and a part of rose petals.
👃🏼 Aroma notes of stewed red currant, strawberries, grapefruit, toast and biscuit on the nose.
👄 A true prestigious gem and of great quality in all its power and complexity. A tremendous champagne with a superb build, a vinous touch, and still this fruity presence. This is a powerful and elegant Champagne with high acidity, but in harmonious balance with some sweetness from the fruits. Lovely mousse in a long lively finish.
🌡To be served around 8-10°C
🍽 Great to pair with smoked salmon or foie gras canapés or even the seasons fresh Norwegian strawberries. 🇳🇴🍓
😋 Can I have more? The absolute best Rosé I have tasted in a couple of years.

😱 En Rosévin til kr 450?? Nesten uhørt spør du meg.... men dette var et Klart feilkjøp. Sånn går det når man besøker VMP og gar glemt 👓 brillene i bilen på utsiden. Jeg var sikker på at dette var en hvitvin, og produsenten kjente jeg fra før da de lager noen fantastiske rødviner fra Priorat området som ligger mellom Barcelona og Alicante. Ser man på etiketten så står vel «Rosé Wine» kun med 6 pkt font ?. Her burde blindeforbundet tatt saken til forbrukerombudet og anlagt sak mot VMP eller importør. 😂😂 Nei, spøk til side, TN følger
🍇 100% Granacha
🎨 Intense kobberrød farge.
👃🏼 Friske søte røde bær, markjordbær, moreller og rips, samt rabarbra med noe sitrus og mineralitet på nesen.
👄 Forventet en tradisjonell rosévin i munnen, men her overraskes jeg med en flott munnfølelse som brer seg med en intensitet og fylde jeg sjelden eller aldri har smakt på en rosévin. Fin frisk syre følger og balanserer fint sødmen fra bærene, noe som kanskje kommer fra rabarbraen som oppleves fint syrlig. Til og med en meget flott nyansert og strukturert avslutning med en ettersmak som sitter lenge.
👍🏼 Dette er en litt annerledes rosévin enn det jag har smakt tidligere, med mye større kompleksitet og fylde enn den vanlige rosévinen som selges i store kvanta om sommeren. Som dere som har fulgt meg en stund, vet at Rosé ikke helt er min greie, om den da ikke er med bobler da! Men dette er en rosévin som må taes veldig seriøst.
