Another great white wine from North Italy and Liurgia region recommended by the owner of my temporary local wineshop. This wine is prodused of the Vermentino grape and gives a great aroma. Pale yellow with golden reflection. Opens with all the aromas from a flower garden with intence flower nectar. Ripe apple and pear, honey and beeswax, flowers with violets and roses. Some sweet tones, but immediately followed up with a clear and distinktive acid. The whole is so balanced and wowen together that the finish just give you another new taste bomb for another 2-3 minutes.
