2010 Bovio Gianfeanco Gattera Barolo

The 2010 vintage from Barolo deliver already today. Smooth and velvet with a nice balance. Fresh and ripe red fruits deliver an elegant taste and long finish.




Followed the dinner at Restaurant Bovio Snc.
This restauran have their own vineyards and make their own wine.

Menu as follow:
La battuta di fassone piemontese ,scaglie di parmigiano e tartufo nero
Veal tartare with black truffles and parmigiano cheese

Cannelloni di anatra ,il suo fondo di cottura e tartufo nero scorzone
Cannelloni with duck and black truffle
